The Alimia Group is a diversified group involved in ship owning, ship repairs and logistics/infrastructure investments. It was established in 2021 following the sale of the founding shareholders' majority holding in another shipping/logistics group with a 45-year track record. It consists of Alimia Shipping Limited and Alimia Enterprises Company Limited. Head offices are located in Athens/Greece, Nicosia/Cyprus and Madrid/Spain. Owned ships are managed by Laskaridis Maritime S.A. and Laskaridis Tankers S.A. ship management companies. |
