Brief profile: ELEPAP is the first non-profit organization in Greece, which provides rehabilitation services to children since 1937 with six Centers operating throughout the country. ELEPAP cares for the functional rehabilitation of children with physical disabilities and developmental difficulties such as cerebral palsy, neuromuscular diseases, syndromes with accompanying motor disabilities, cerebral dysfunction, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, myelodysplasia, scoliosis, kyphosis, valgus foot, while at the same time provides support to their families.

ELEPAP operates 6 fully equipped Centers (Athens, Thessaloniki, Ioannina, Chania, Volos and Agrinio) with highly scientifically specialized personnel.
ELEPAP addresses all the developmental needs of each child with motor and developmental difficulties in a holistic approach fostering psychomotor development functionality, independence, speech and communication, cognitive abilities, emotional and psychosocial adjustment, learning skills, education and social integration.

ELEPAP offers a series of holistic intervention programs for infants, pre-school and school age children while at the same time supports the children’s families creating a strong bond of trust and cooperation between the family members and the interdisciplinary scientific team. ELEPAP continuously follows the international scientific developments, participates and organizes international congresses and meetings.
